REGISTRATION FEES

You should arrange your own accommodation, either at the conference hotels suggested on our travel page or at any other hotels in Paris near the metro line 1 or RER A. Fees are in French Francs. Students can register at a special price for the conference, and will need to bring documentation of student status when they check in at the conference.

The Virtual Worlds administration should be notified in writing of any cancellation by 15th Jun, and these will incur a 20% administration charge. We cannot accept any cancellations after that date.

EARLY REGISTRATION*

Please register in advance so that we can prepare everything for you well in advance of the conference.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION

To register please do BOTH of the following :

1. Complete the following online form and submit it electronically ("I Agree" Button).

2. Then print out the payment form and mail it with your payment. Credit card payments can also be faxed or sent by email using the same payment form.

Please have your method of payment ready before completing the online form. You will receive a letter confirming your registration upon receipt of the payment.
