The registration fee includes:
REGISTRATION FEES- Entrance to the Conference from Wednesday 1st July to Friday 3rd July.
- Lunches and coffees during the conference.
- A copy of the proceedings, hot from the publisher, available at the conference many weeks in advance of availability in bookshops.
- The Art exhibition and the Products exhibition will be open throughout Virtual Worlds.
At extra cost there will be the conference banquet on Friday 3rd July. Delegates who wish to come will be charged a subsidised price of FF 250. Special dietary requirements (eg. vegetarian) catered for if advance notice given. Partners/nondelegates are also welcome to the banquet at full price FF 300.
You should arrange your own accommodation, either at the conference hotel or the alternatives suggested on our travel page.
Fees are in French Francs. Students can register at a special price for the conference, and will need to bring documentation of student status when they check in at the conference.
The Virtual Worlds administration should be notified in writing of any cancellation by 15th July,
and these will incur a 20% administration charge.
We cannot accept any cancellations after that date.
